All checks, money orders or bank drafts with a value of $100.00 or more must clear our bank before we return your order. (allow 14 to 60 days for these items to clear). Any credit card charge backs, NSF charges are subject to a $50.00+ administration fee on ANY order, of any amount, plus bank and service charges must me paid.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMER NOTICE: We currently DO NOT service customers outside of Canada or the United States of America except under special circumstances, for orders such as damaged movie film. There are many issues that can prevent us from providing services outside of North America, including: Different video standards, overseas shipping, currency exchange, billing, taxes and warranties. Example 1: A customer from Alberta sends their films to TMTV for repair, the tax charged is 5% GST.  Example 2: A customer in Nova Scotia sends their film to TMTV for repair, the tax charged is their 15% HST.

No changes are proposed to the current place of supply rule that applies where a supplier receives tangible personal property of another person for the purpose of either
• supplying a service of repairing, maintaining, cleaning, adjusting or altering the property, or
• producing a negative, transparency, photographic print or other photographic-related good.

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and make sure everything is to your satisfaction immediately.  

RETURNS/WARRANTIES: At TMTV our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days so that we can make every effort to correct any issues. Claims for physically damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Returning defective media: All returned or exchanged media must be in it's original box or packaging provided when purchased and to include any manuals, cables, cases or accessories. (We must return the same to the original manufacturer to claim the warranty on the merchandise).

Defective media may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacture's equivalent model only.

NOTE: Returns/warranties will not be accepted after 14 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

STORAGE OF CUSTOMERS COMPUTER FILES: We have a maximum 30 day file storage and backup to all "file formats" from video, film, audio tape, photos, negatives or slides were "files" from the original material were created or mastered. After 30 days from the date of invoice the files will be deleted unless we are instructed by the customer to hold onto the files for a longer period. Again check your media and files upon receipt.

If any of the above conditions are not met, TMTV reserves the right to refuse the return or provide "re-dos" at no cost.

STORAGE OF CUSTOMERS MATERIAL: TMTV is not responsible for customers material or data ("files") left at TMTV longer than 30 days after the customers initial order is completed and invoiced. We are also not responsible for any material received at TMTV for hands-on inspection and quote left for longer than 30 days. Once a hands-on inspection and quote is provided you have 30 days maximum to make a decision if you want us to proceed with your order. If you do not, you will have to pay for return shipping or ask us to discard your material. We will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by phone and e-mail within 30 days. If we have not received a reply we have the right to discard your material.

LIABILITY While TMTV takes every precaution for the safekeeping and handling of all customers original material delivered to it, we can not assume responsibility for loss of, damage to, said customers original materials from any cause whatsoever. It is the clients responsibility to insure their original material before delivery to TMTV.

We are a video, film, audio, photo, digital transfer, restoration, conversion & duplication company. We are located in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada serving CANADA, USA & UK.
