YOUR VIDEO & AUDIO FILES BY DROPBOX
FILE STORAGE AND
We are currently working
out the details in providing our customers with the
option to have us upload (send) and our customer to
download (receive) by Dropbox, their video, audio or
movie film files we transferred or converted.
However, there are
limitations due to the very large file sizes created for
our customers by some video formats, especially from
Motion Picture Film Scanning such as uncompressed video
files and large HD and 2K file types.
Since we provide the BEST
QUALITY minimal compressed & uncompressed video, limits in file sizes for
sending your files will be in place for on orders due
to their extreme large file sizes that can restrict
sending your files in a timely manner and the
downloading of files at your end onto your computer.
We want to provide
this as an alternative option especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic to
provide the safety for our customers who are concerned
about having to go to the post office or receive
packaged orders at their door.
For those customers who
require their original material to be returned there is
two options; 1) receive your files by drop box (if the
files are within our limits) and have us hold onto your
original material and then return your shipment when the
Covid-19 Pandemic is over or, 2) discard your original
material after you have downloaded your files from
Dropbox and then backed up your files.
Although the World Health
Organization (WHO) continues to state that all packages
are safe to handle we do know that some customers may
have further concerns and would currently rather receive
their converted or transferred files in the comport of
their home or office. Please know that your safety and
the safety of our employees remains our top priority.
1) FILE SIZE LIMIT:
CURRENT FILE SIZE LIMIT PER CUSTOMER = 100GB (ALL
files are their original file type and size as ordered
and not highly compressed for internet uploading or
downloading. Depending on your internet connection,
computers speed and hard drive space will determine how
quickly you will be able to download your files. Please
allow at least 40% open headroom on your hard drive.
2) TIME LIMIT ON
DOWNLOADING OF YOUR FILES: ONCE WE UPLOAD THE FILES
TO DROPBOX YOU HAVE 5 DAYS MAXIMUM TO DOWNLOAD YOUR
FILES (Because the space on Dropbox is limited and we
may have as many as 30 customers at a time accessing
their files, we must delete files to make room for other

TIME YOUR FILES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON DROPBOX: AFTER
5 DAYS YOUR MATERIAL WILL BE DELETED FROM DROPBOX.
(Please make sure you also backup your files).
4) FILE STORAGE: WE
STILL HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL FILES (We will have your
original files backed up on our server for a maximum of
90 days, after that all original files will be deleted).
5) COST: The price
for uploading files is determined by the amount of GB to
be uploaded. Minimum charges may apply.
