Two RCMP officers facing charges in Nelson BC court
TMTVNEWS.COM, Nelson BC, Canada --- Two RCMP members are facing charges in a Nelson, B.C. courtroom. Cst. Kelly Barrie is facing one count of Fraud under $5,000, and one count of False Pretense under $5,000 relating to an expense claim of approximately $125 for duty related travel. Cst. Sameth Nakatsu is facing one count of Breach of Undertaking for allegedly violating a no contact order with Cst. Barrie. Cst. Kelly Barrie appeared in court earlier this month. Cst. Nakatsue will be appearing in court February 2012. Both officers remain on active duty.
